My teamwork skills improved through group activities  where we were required to work collaboratively on shared tasks.  I learned how to separate responsibilities fairly, contribute my strenghs and support others when they encounter challenges during the sessions. Working with people who had different opinions helped me identify the value of cooperation and adaptability. I also strengthened my capability to negotiate roles and maintain a positive group dynamic.
